Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Dynamic, motivated individual ready to learn, grow, take charge and develop others.

Recruiting and hiring responsibility.

Coaches/develops the Team to create an environment where people are recognized and rewarded for achieving organizational and personal goals.

Responsible for cash controls and enforcing company policies.

Prepares and executes local store marketing, merchandising, sales and promotional efforts to increase sales volume and guest traffic.

Ensure consistently excellent food quality.

Ensure the facility is impeccably clean at all times.

Assures that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant.

Demonstrated leadership skills – 2 to 4 year’s restaurant experience.

Ability to work flexible hours.
